This document presents the catalogue, dimensional limits, applicable standards and ordering interface for pipe-clamps installed in the hydraulic, cooling and pitch-control systems of offshore and onshore wind turbines. Issued for engineering procurement under DIN 3015 / 1·2·3 and IEC 61400-1 ed.4.

Nacelle Cooling Loop

Headers running through the nacelle floor carry de-ionised coolant from the generator and converter heat-exchangers to the top-of-tower radiator stack. Our heavy-series clamps absorb the 25-year vibration spectrum without insert creep.

Tower Hydraulics

Pitch-actuator and yaw-brake hydraulic returns travel the full 120 m drop of the tower. We supply twin-clamps and stand-off mounts that accommodate the differential thermal movement between the steel tower wall and the stainless line.

Pitch & Yaw Conduits

Inside the hub and at the yaw ring, control-grade hydraulic and electrical conduits run in close proximity. Our insulated and twin-series clamps separate them per IEC 61400-1 and survive the rotating-frame vibration environment.

Offshore / Marine

Below the splash zone and inside the transition piece, salt-spray and chloride attack are constant. Our 316L marine series is type-approved by DNV-GL for offshore wind platforms, with sealed inserts to keep chlorides off load-bearing surfaces.
